Phantom Lover

There’s a village-like area of Stratford which lies a community of Gingerbread houses. Before we get into it Stratford is a very haunted town. Known for its witch trial of Goody Bassett and also Boothe brothers, it is rich in history. I have been exploring this town for ten years. I’m also fascinated by Roosevelt forest. I will never forget this spine chilling case. I could feel spiders crawling on me just by typing this. I mean, you know when you’re out in the woods and you come back in and even though there are no bugs on you you still feel it. This is this paranormal case here. Bone chilling.
We got a call from a lady about a freak show of a case. She was being tormented and practically tortured by a spirit named Robert.
I remember arriving in the driveway and feeling my chest like there was a weight on it. My gut was saying “No!”. When I walked in I immediately knew there was an interdimensional or demonic entity. I can usually tell. It’s like Macabre. It’s like the feeling you get when you walk into a morgue. If you have never been in a morgue.. then you will never know the sensations. The grim coldness of an abandoned morgue. I couldn’t resist but lay myself down in the body fridge…. It was cold. It has been cold since January.
This is a story of the most toxic relationship. The ultimate taboo. The chase in romance. The ultimate push and pull…. Cat and mouse or spider and fruit fly. This is the story of a case of a woman in Stratford Connecticut named Mary.
Mary was born in the Jewish faith. She also married a rock star in her past. When we talked to her for the first time she said” My mother was Jewish and never believed in any of things like this. I look up at the sky now as she’s in Heaven and I say.. you see what’s going on with me down here! They’re real!”
Nestled in a village in Stratford is a Gingerbread house and the most sinister kind. Walking in that door was a pierce of energy strong enough to raise my blood pressure. Maybe that’s why I had a problem. I spent 5 years investigating this residence. It is by far the most horrific paranormal case of this poor woman tormented by an Incubi, yes I liked spelling it like that. More scientific like. After all, spirits come in lots of different forms. Demonology is similar to Zoology and often investigators don’t realize just how dangerous a real one is.
His name is Robert. He is the dominator and soft lover.
Robert comes from an interdimensional world. It’s a chamber of some sort of hell. He clings desperately to her. Robert loves her but due to his demonic nature he has a natural hate for human beings. It’s a push and pull. Worse than a personality disorder and crossing the borderline.
This gingerbread house is so black inside. You can see the lights being dimmed as the entity eats the energy spreading its dark like energy, after all he comes in a tentacle form when he manifests physically. He’s inter-dimensional. We have a video of him in action and keep your mind out of the gutter… not that by all means.
I was never really afraid, but I knew we were in for a bit more than we can chew with a spirit like this one. He tried to cling onto Diane once and we prevented it. Most paranormal cases are boring…. But this was anything but boring and battling perhaps… a high ranking demon.
The Team
I met Jeff and Daine at the Twisted Vine on one of the ghost tours I ran. Since then, we have done investigations all over Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We also have Hector, who I met in my museum. Hector has guts. I knew he would be the best video tech and it was a wise choice. Jeff and Daine are kind of Goth-like. Jeff is a dark punk rocker.
My team is more like a coven of witchcraft of different forms, coming together and fighting pure evil. Some say we’re dark and to keep distance from us and others think we are knights in darker armor perhaps burnt with the flames of hell. We are not afraid. Remember….? We looked evil… straight in the eyes.
Robert throws her off the mattress and into the dresser leaving bruises. He also bites her leaving teeth marks.Hes abusive as his nature is demonic. No, not any S and M, but a relationship of the most Diabolical. Robert is a father’s worst nightmare. You don’t want to take this stud home by all means. He has bad intentions. Ohhh he’s a relationship guy though. Ask Mary. The few times we got Robert to leave she let him back in. Robert takes games to other dimensions. He loves her and hates her. He really does love her…. But it’s his demonic makeup that will always have hate and want to destroy her. She’s human. It’s a double edged tongue. He can’t have her without bearing the curse. He just can’t, yet he clings desperately to Mary. No other paranormal groups will go to the gingerbread house.
At first I walked in and I couldn’t believe what was going on. He is an incubus. He can make love in the grocery store or at a family picnic right in the middle of everyone. Robert has full control. This is the toughest paranormal case we have dealt with by far. This demon is one hundred times more smart and clever. Sometimes he slips up. He comes thru on EVP saying “You are wasting your time… I’m not coming out.” Demons don’t want to bother us. In reality demons hide. When you’re gone and done with an investigation they will then punish the victim. It’s like playing a game of chess with a chess master that has almost perfect abilities. They are fallen angels to keep in mind. Also these are supernatural beings. Robert is a rebel angel. He plays rough. Again… ladies, he’s not a guy you want to bring home to dad and mom or have once in a while with a bad boy. This bad boy has one eye, like a cyclops, he’s 4 ft tall and bald like an albino… with a very yellow tone of skin. When we saw him we were not prepared for what we saw, so we went outside for a break. Jeff Gerry… CTPAST…. People probably think he’s some warlock… Diane Berti…. People see her gothic sourceress…. Hector Roque…. He’s like a book of knowledge…he’s also fearless.. Anthony Dipretro…. A woodsman… and sensitive… Myself… Call me some type of Witch Doctor.. We all were a coven. A real one. Demons are scared of us.
The Beez
She told a story of a giant wasp nest on the porch of the Gingerbread house. Even the exterminator was shocked over the size of this fortress. He cleared the nest and later that day she went for a drive and went on i95. She saw all the bees and wasps coming out of the corners of the side view mirrors and out of the crack, between the windshield and hood of the car. She began speeding in panic and they were coming out from all over the car. She didn’t remember anything else and how she made it home. He knows how to warp time. Time loss is a symptom common in possessed victims. In her case her possession is partial.
I can only imagine the fear of an intruder. Imagine being woken by a cloaked man standing at the bed… Then chasing him down the stairs and he goes into the laundry room and vanishes. Later she shows a video of Robert. He also comes in a spider form. A big spider. With tentacles.
I had a frightful and dreadful night when I went into the attic room. I felt terrified and frozen in fear (and I don’t get scared much). The latter were old and wood and very weak, as I crawled up them. When I turned on my flashlight I saw a person with asthma’s worst nightmare. Blankets of the web. I have never seen anything like this. I mean you would suffocate by venturing into the attic with this web. I don’t like spiders much. Personally. But what species of spider does this? We are talking about a 30 x 10 space filled with web.
Jeff made a potion. I felt like he handed me a grenade and it was a spray. I sat on the edge of the attic and sprayed. I unscrewed the cap and tried putting it everywheres. Robert didn’t like that. I climbed down and closed the hatch to hear rumbling around. It was like the entity was on fire rolling around in pain.
The Bug Zapper
The bug zapper keeps going off in the kitchen and there are no bugs. It just goes off on its own. Usually we would set up a gear station in the kitchen. Most of the action happens in the living room area.
She’s so strong…. She made the EMF meters jump by saying “get out of me!”.. I thought she was crazy until I had experiences. One in which I was reading my book on traditional magik. This was after coming from her house… My bed began to shake and I got up and went to the bathroom. I turned on the faucet and the water was blood red. I guess I poked the bear. I must say though… I’d be lying if I wasn’t intimidated by that experience.
She is 72 years of age and looks like she’s 40 years old. She says Robert keeps her young and keeps her from aging. She has not one grey hair. Her hair stylist is puzzled by that, Robert keeps her from aging. I’ve never seen anything like it. Believe me this is not any aging cream you want.
He has a sensual touch on the most sensitive places. Her ears bleed when he caresses her. Robert’s love is the dangerous kind. Every time he tries to love her the demon comes out. No matter how sweet of a touch is like poking a needle in under the fingernail. Demons can’t love. Robert though tries.
We tried and tried
We casted Robert out in one occasion of a Dybbuk style casting. We had him trapped for a few months in a vessel. Compliments of Jeff and Daine. This case is tough. She has feelings for Robert. She wants him back. That’s the problem. He has her under a spell.
Robert was jealous. She had a husband and he died in a 2 week period out of nowhere.
We had a different exorcist come. The process lasted a total of 12 minutes. Hector and myself witnessed and caught on video her eyes turning black, cheek bones pointed out and her smile with an evil grin. Her face wasn’t hers.
We went another time and she didn’t answer the door. I looked in her window and noticed she was asleep. To me she looked dead. I pounded on the window and she didn’t wake up. I called an ambulance because I swear she was dead. I can sense that. The lady on the 911 call advised me to go in. I took Diane with me. We shocked her and couldn’t wake her up. The EMS and ambulance arrived. When they walked in they shook her and she woke up out of being what I would think of as lifeless. I asked the EMS worker… I said, “Doesn’t it feel weird here?” He said “it feels different and from his job he is sensitive to activities.”
Robert is a clever one.
I set my camera up on the sink upstairs pointed towards the hallway. When I went back and reviewed the footage, I noticed the baby wipes were in front of the lens. I didn’t notice that before. It had a boy’s face on it and on top of that we had Robert in his spider form, that’s the size of a silver doll. So he threw us a bone. This is part of our documentary.
I once saw Robert with my third eye. He was orange like glow. I put on my emf meter and recorded a massive spike the size of the living room couch. Also I notice an energy sphere zooming into her face.
Outside there’s a portal that was an old well. We are talking from the settlers’ days. We believe the entity uses that as a portal. It reminds me of the movie “The Gate”. We also found stained glass from an 18th century British Church. This also had a connection to the energy attachment and partial possession.
Robert is the Gingerbread man. Push and pull. A phantasmic time. Lost. This is why love between human beings and demons is forbidden. As good as they may feel, there’s pain and sorrow in the end. You see? Demons just hate us people. It’s impossible for a human and demon to have a relationship. This is by far the most toxic a relationship can get.
From the moment I walked in it was eerie and I somehow knew I was walking into something different. People say I’m a man of many hats. I guess we can scratch the relationship counselor off the bucket list.
