Where horror history, immersive terror, and the Abaddon Hotel collide for one unforgettable weekend
There are horror events… and then there are experiences.
This year marks a chilling milestone—40 years of Friday the 13th: Jason Lives—and there may be no better place to celebrate than at one of the most infamous horror locations in the country: The Waldorf Estate of FEAR, home of the Hell House LLC franchise and a year-round playground for true horror fans.
We caught up with Angela from Waldorf Estate of FEAR to talk about what’s in store—and let’s just say… this isn’t your average convention.
A Celebration That Doesn’t Stay on the Stage
Waldorf doesn’t do anything halfway—and this event is no exception.
Guests can expect a full weekend of immersive horror, including:
– Haunted attraction walkthroughs
– Live entertainment
– Vendor shopping
– A Friday the 13th trivia showdown
– An open-bar Haunted House Party with cast members
– VIP dinner experiences celebrating the film
– And even a late-night paranormal investigation
“We’ve also built special photo ops, interactive scenes, and some surprises inside the haunt itself… because at Waldorf, the story never stays on the stage. Sometimes it follows you home.”
Friday the 13th Legends… and Then Some
In partnership with Horror 365, the event features appearances by:
– CJ Graham (Jason Voorhees)
– Thom Matthews
– Tom McLoughlin
– Kerry Noonan
– …with more still to be announced
Fans will get autographs, photo ops, meet-and-greets, trivia hosted by cast members, and even appearances inside the haunted attraction itself.
“We love breaking that fourth wall… at Waldorf, sometimes the actors are right there with you in the dark.”
Step Inside the Abaddon Hotel
Guests will have access to behind-the-scenes tours of the Abaddon Hotel sets and the Escape Hell House experience.
Hell House LLC team members attending include:
– Stephen Cognetti
– Joe Bandelli
– Danny Bellini
– Adam Schneider
– Bailey Moyer
– Phil Hess
“It’s always magical to watch fans walk into a scene they’ve seen on screen… then realize something just moved behind them that wasn’t in the movie.”
Halloween Isn’t a Season Here—It’s a Lifestyle
Waldorf Estate of FEAR operates year-round with attractions like The Haunting at the Waldorf Hotel, Terror in the Corn, Infection, and Grimville Slaughterhouse.

They also host paranormal tours, overnight experiences, private events, and seasonal festivals like Hell House Fear Fest.
“So yes… the screams never really stop here.”
Something New Is Coming… Straight from Hell
Waldorf is collaborating with Terror Films on a new project: “24Hrs in Hell: A Paranormal Journey through Hell House.”
Details are still under wraps—but expectations are high.
Join the Experience—If You Dare
“Come celebrate with us. Meet your heroes. Walk through your favorite movies. Bring your friends. We DARE you!”
This isn’t just an event—it’s a chance to step inside the worlds that terrified you.
