
Coming soon from six-time Oscar nominee Jim Sheridan comes An Taibhse (The Ghost), the first-ever Irish-language horror film. While there’s no announced release date, we do know that the film is meant to come to theaters soon. In the meantime, we have the official trailer to tease what awaits in this classic ghost story.

Amid the barren landscape of post-famine Ireland, a father and daughter struggle to survive the brutal winter as caretakers of a remote mansion, only to be driven to the edge of sanity by the horrors lurking within.

Starring Tom Kerrisk and Livvy Hill, An Taibhse (The Ghost) is written and directed by John Farrelly and executive produced by Jim Sheridan.
Following its acclaimed festival run, An Taibhse (The Ghost) has been picked up for worldwide sales by Toronto-based genre specialists Raven Banner and Firebook Entertainment.
