“If have to ask you – is there anything I should know?” Prime Video has unveiled an official trailer for the new murder mystery thriller Duplicity, the latest from iconic filmmaker Tyler Perry. Not to be confused with the crime comedy also titled Duplicity (from 2009) with Clive Owen & Julia Roberts (technically the title of this one is actually Tyler Perry’s Duplicity). Moving on from his connection with Netflix, Perry is now making movies for Prime Video – and this one is out in March next month streaming for everyone to watch. High-powered attorney Marley faces her most personal case yet when she is tasked with uncovering the truth behind the shooting of her best friend Fela’s husband by police officers. Marley’s search for what really happened leads her down a treacherous maze of deception and betrayal. Of course, as usual with any Tyler Perry crime thriller. This movie stars Kat Graham as Marley, with Meagan Tandy, Tyler Lepley, RonReaco Lee, Joshua Adeyeye, Nick Barrotta, Jimi Stanton, and Shannon LaNier. It looks like every other Tyler Perry movie before, yet again about a cover up & nefarious things going on with everyone.
